Phyllis Beck

Phyllis (Stauffer) Beck was born to Orie Morris and Nelly (Storey) Stauffer on May 16, 1929 in Cherokee, Oklahoma.

Phyllis and Jim Beck were united in marriage on January 13, 1952 at Yewed, Oklahoma, and to this union two sons were born Neal and Keven. Phyllis and Jim made their home in Buffalo, Oklahoma, and worked with agriculture and farming. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Buffalo, Oklahoma. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, an infant baby, and her husband Jim.  Phyllis left her earthly home on July 4, 2015, at the Greenbrier Nursing Home in Enid, Oklahoma.  Phyllis leaves as her survivors; two sons Neal & wife Claudette Beck of Liberal, Kansas; Keven & wife Denise Beck of Norwich, Kansas; one brother Orie Stauffer and wife Maxine of Alva, Oklahoma; two sisters Dortha E Johnson and husband Clarence of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Madeline Rothbotham and husband Eugene of Cheyenne, Wyoming; three grandchildren; 1great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Family Graveside Inurnment was held Friday July 10, 2015 at 1:00 P M in the High Point Cemetery Buffalo, Oklahoma. Under the direction of Wilkinson Funeral Service, Buffalo, OK.
