Walter “Glen” Klingenberg was born on October 26, 1953 to Wesley and Virginia Klingenberg of Buffalo, Okla. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 1971 and demonstrated a tremendous work ethic in various positions, notably with ARCO, the Buffalo Feed Yard, Larry’s Thrift T Wise and on various farms. Glen went to be with his Lord and Savior on Dec. 30, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Skip; and niece, Pam Shoemake. Glen is survived by his siblings Janice & Jerry Shoemake of Porum, Okla., Monte & Randy Endicott of Hennepin, Okla., Mike Klingenberg of Porum, Okla.; uncle and aunts Robert & Barbara Davis of Granbury, Texas and Jill Davis of Seymour, Texas; nieces and nephews Brian & Polly Shoemake of Porum, Okla., Alicia & Ryan McClure of Edmond, Okla., Kyle & Becky Endicott of Edmond, Okla., Heidi & Coleman Hughes of Piedmont, Okla., Laura & Richard Morton of Hennepin, Okla., Amanda & John White of Tulsa, Okla.; Candee Brossman of Buffalo, Okla., Mathew Lazzari, and Whitney Dransman; great-nephews and great-nieces Jordan Hendrix, Ethan Shoemake, Mattie Morton, Case Morton, Sophia Endicott, Coleman Hughes, Harper Hughes, Julia Endicott and numerous other family and friends who all equally adored him. Glen will best be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend with a huge heart, mischievous twinkle in his eye, consummate host and loyal friend. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to First Christian Church of Buffalo or Wilkins Health and Rehabilitation in Duncan, Okla. The family would like to thank the staff of Wilkins Health and Rehabilitation Community for their loving care of our beloved Glen.
