BETTY JEAN JETT

Betty J. (Cornish) Jett, was born in Mississippi to Edith and Perry Cornish. Betty spent most of her younger life around the Lawton, Medicine Park, Oklahoma area. Betty was married to Charles Crabtree and then shortly thereafter moved to Woodward, Oklahoma where she has resided since. Betty later married Steve Jett, and continued living in Woodward. Betty spent many years waitressing in various Woodward restaurants from DX, Wayfarer and finally K-Bobs Steakhouse. Betty was always so proud of her two boys, her roses and her bottle/antique collections. Betty Jett, resident of Woodward, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2024 at the Western Skilled Nursing Center in Buffalo, Oklahoma. Betty is survived by one son, Ben Crabtree and a Daughter In-Law, Shannon Crabtree and husband Rob Battershell. She is also survived by grandchildren Cynthia, Jacob, Joshua, Matthew and great grandchildren Ella, Elaina and Lewis Crabtree, Sister Judy Lawson and spouse David as well as her brother, Jerry Cornish. Betty enjoyed spending time and chatting with her forever best friend Bobbie Brumley. Betty is preceded in death by a son, Denson Crabtree. 

There will be no funeral services per Betty’s request.
